uhm, I have no idea. Since every country was a different country before.
Germany surely isn't in there as Germany, as we know it today just was formed in the 20th century.
Denmark surely is in there. It's realy old. And maybe also England? I don't know. Sorry. I guess I'm terribly wrong.
